Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used items are non-refundable.

*TIP: Set up your balloon cloud the night before. Your balloon cloud should last at least 2 days. Inflate the foil balloon with helium to float. We recommend inflating with helium on the day of the event.
